We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.


🔁 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival

  • The product is missing parts/accessories as described

📸 Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth process, please provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The complete packaging from the outside

  • The condition of the product at the time of opening

⚠️ Important: The unboxing video must be recorded while opening the sealed package.
Requests without a valid video proof will not be accepted.

  1. Store Credit
    ✔ Get a credit equal to the value of your returned product
    ✔ Store Credit can be redeemed on your next purchase at BulkBox

  2. Exchange
    ✔ Replace your item with another product from our store
    ✔ If the new item is more expensive, you can pay the difference
    ✔ If the new item is less expensive, the balance will be refunded to you as Store Credit

It’s a digital credit balance added to your BulkBox account, fully redeemable against future orders.

What is an Exchange?
You can swap your returned item for any other product available in our store. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
